Doing our part
to fight childhood cancer.
When we found out that a few of our patients were fighting cancer we decided to do a little more research. We saw the statistics that 46 kids are diagnosed with cancer each school day, in 2019 an estimated 1190 children will die from cancer, and only 4% of cancer research funding goes towards childhood cancer!
So. we wanted to do our part in making sure that percentage was just a little bit more. Together we hope to make a difference. By partnering with Rally Pensacola, FishOrtho has been helping not only raise awareness and collecting funds, but also impacting these kids lives. We have been able to spend the day with 12 of the Rally kids at their day of play and pampering to prepare them for their Rally on the Runway. And now we want to go even bigger with our city wide Carnival for a Cure.
Rally Pensacola is an extension city of Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research. Through donors, community partners, special events, schools and a board of directors, Rally Pensacola works to raise awareness, support families with kids fighting cancer and raise funds for childhood cancer research.Collectively, this allows for additional resources to stay local, providing families in the Pensacola community the ability to receive assisted funding through the Rally Pensacola Family Emergency Fund. CARNIVAL FOR A CURE
We’re excited to be teaming up with Rally Pensacola to put on Carnival for a Cure on Sunday, September 29th from 11am to 5pm at Community Maritime Park.
Carnival for a Cure will exhibit fun vendors, interactive games and attractions, entertainment, food trucks and more! With the help of our local sponsors (you) we have a goal of raising $15,000, of which 100% will go towards childhood cancer research.

We partner with Rally Pensacola not only raise awareness and collecting funds, but also make a positive impact in children's lives. And now we want to go even bigger with our city wide Carnival for a Cure.
Throughout the school year, we award full orthodontic treatment to chosen applicants who share their story of overcoming a bullying-related struggle and made a positive impact for themselves or others.
Our partnership with the Pensacola Humane Society is one of our favorite ways to involve ourselves in the community. Since 2016, we have donated more than $10,000 every year to support the animals of the human society.
